Buying online with Decorative Heating is
simple and safe. We use industry-standard technology to
encrypt all your personal information including debit or
credit card details and your name and address. The encryption
process takes the characters you enter and encrypts them into
bits of code that are then transmitted over the Internet.
Prices & Delivery
We
offer a unique delivery service to all our local customers.
Stoves are delivered free of charge by a HETAS qualified
installation engineer. He can give on site advice and will
carry all necessary flu components should they be required.
Free delivery on all orders over £250 within 50
mile radius of Cardiff.
Stove deliveries to mainland UK
charged at £50
Cooker deliveries to mainland UYK charged
at £120
other items send by carrier at the following
rates:- 15kg / £10, 20Kg / £15, 30 Kg / £20
Refunds
Refunds will be given on any
defective product where the manufactrer is responsible
Products may be returned for refund at the customers cost, in
orginal packaging and unused

We accept all
major credit/debit cards. if you prefer you can place your
order over the telephone or by post. To place your order by

Cancellations and Alterations
If you
wish to cancel or change your order in any way, please
call us on 02920 811478
(during office hours). We advise you to call us
immediately between 9am and 5pm, to stand the best chance
of catching us before your order is processed. If you
contact us before your order has been processed, we will
be happy to alter or cancel it with no problems.
